During the 80th edition of his program Con Maduro+, President Nicolás Maduro announced the transformation of the Ven25 Campaign Command into the “Comando Unitario Ven25,” a unified command for the Bolivarian Force of the Historic Bloc. This new structure aims to consolidate revolutionary forces and strengthen the popular movement that has guided Venezuela through decades of political struggle.

President Nicolás Maduro affirmed that despite terrorist attempts by Western powers and far-right groups to sabotage Sunday’s electoral process, the Venezuelan people achieved a significant victory. Speaking on his program Con Maduro+, Maduro described the election day as a “beautiful day of peace” and a triumph against fascism and terrorism.

He announced that Minister Diosdado Cabello would soon provide details on the dismantling of terrorist plots aimed at destabilizing the country during the elections. Maduro condemned the silence of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk, accusing him of complicity by ignoring human rights abuses such as the genocide in Palestine.

Highlighting the crucial role of Venezuela’s military, police, and the VEN25+ Command in safeguarding the electoral process, President Maduro praised their efforts in preventing violence and ensuring a peaceful election.

President Maduro went on to reaffirm the enduring political and historical significance of the Bolivarian Revolution, emphasizing its collective leadership and unprecedented strength in the face of ongoing challenges.

The President called on the revolutionary movement to approach their recent electoral victory with humility and responsibility. “The people of Venezuela have charted the course with their vote, to build the power of communities, a new democracy: Popular Self-Government,” he explained. This concept promotes grassroots empowerment and decentralized governance as the foundation for Venezuela’s socialist democracy.

Closing his remarks, President Nicolás Maduro reaffirmed the Bolivarian Revolution as a collective national project and a solemn oath to Commander Hugo Chávez. “This is a sacred commitment to Commander Chávez, who must be proud of his people,” he declared.

The President urged Venezuelans to continue advancing the socialist transition through the Plan of Seven Transformations, building a society based on equality, solidarity, and popular power, a new and perfected kind of socialism.
